Alas Dethox, I Knew Him Well

Yes it screams undead. Skulls do that. Or Hamlet (sadly, Hamlet gets too little play at the gaming tables I've visited). But the Dethox QuoDrox is a good proxy for any sort of monster haranguing the characters. Serving up some DEATH is the primary purpose of most monsters, no? Perhaps some maiming or level draining. Could be some theft or deception but mostly, death. This makes this tile very versatile for a myriad of monsters you might need. 

The look for the skull I was inspired by the great Mike Mignola. Skulls litter most of his work and I've always loved the angular, chunky look he gave them.
