Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States only.
- Orders of 1–3 sets: Flat rate
- Orders of 4 or more sets: Shipping is calculated based on actual package weight and consolidated into a single shipment for the most cost-effective delivery. If your order's actual shipping cost is lower than the amount charged at checkout, we'll refund the difference.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it's been lost in transit, contact us at info@quodrox.com and we'll help sort it out.
